Terms of Cooperation
What do I commit to?
I commit to supporting you to the best of my abilities in achieving the goals we set and plan together. I will assist the learning process with a variety of tasks, tools, and methods, adopting a coaching approach. I will provide regular feedback on your progress and request feedback from you multiple times during the process. The success of the learning process is partly dependent on me, and I take responsibility for my share.
The lessons will be conducted on an online platform agreed upon in advance, at a prearranged time. Each lesson lasts 45 or 60 minutes as we agreed upon.
What do I ask for?
I ask you to take full responsibility for your part of the learning process, prepare for the lessons, use the materials and tools I provide, and engage with the resources I send.
Homework
You can complete the homework at any time. If you finish it by 12:00 PM the day before the lesson at the latest, I will correct it by the start of the lesson. Otherwise, I will review it within 24 hours after the lesson at the latest. If requested, we can check it together during the lesson. Every task will be discussed.
Homework is typically stored in a Google document with your name, which you can access anytime and anywhere and freely work on.
Terms of Cooperation Cancellations, Delays, and Missed Lessons
Please notify me of any changes to the schedule by the previous day at the latest.
You may cancel a lesson without consequences at least 24 hours before the agreed time (e.g., for a lesson scheduled at 3:00 PM Wednesday, you must cancel by 3:00 PM Tuesday). Lessons canceled within 24 hours are considered conducted and must be paid in full, regardless of the reason.
If the agreed time is not suitable for me, I will also notify you at least 24 hours in advance. If I cancel on the day of the lesson, the next session will be free of charge.
If you fail to cancel two lessons and do not appear on the selected online platform, this will signify the end of our cooperation, with no further explanation required.
After the agreed start time, I will wait for 15 minutes. If you are not present, the lesson will be considered conducted and must be paid in full.
If you need to cancel one or more lessons for any reason (e.g., planned travel, work, vacation, or other commitments) but do not wish to lose your session or fall behind the timeline of your chosen package (e.g., a 10-lesson package within 12 weeks), I can send you the full lesson content, including tasks, explanations, and homework, in a format that allows independent study. In this case, the lesson is also considered conducted.
Terms of Cooperation Fees, Contact Information, and Guarantee
The lesson fee must always be paid in advance to account number:

The fee depends on the package you choose; installment payments are available for package offers.
